This describes what Cherub Solutions LLC collects when you use Dialektik (dialektik.io) and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, used as your login.
- Your password, stored as a salted hash. We never see it in plain text.
- The questions you submit and the answers Dialektik produces. These are stored on your account so you can revisit threads.
- Billing information when you upgrade or buy a booster pack. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Your IP address at signup, kept to detect abuse.
- Standard server logs (request paths, response codes, timestamps) for debugging and security.
What we don't do
- We do not use your questions or any debate content to train models.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not run advertising of any kind.
- We do not use third-party tracking pixels or analytics SDKs.
Who else processes your data
- Stripe (billing) — receives the email tied to your account and handles payment processing.
- Postmark (email) — used to send service emails such as limit warnings.
- Our deliberation providers process the contents of debates as needed to generate answers, but they do not retain or train on those contents under our agreements with them.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from the Account page in your dashboard — the deletion is permanent and immediate, and cancels any active subscription so you are not billed again.

Cookies
We use a single signed session cookie ("dialektik_session"). It is not used for tracking. No third-party cookies.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
